Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Recruiting Manager to lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team and help TeamViewer identify, attract, and hire outstanding talent.

In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and the wider Talent Acquisition organization to understand business priorities and translate them into effective recruiting and sourcing strategies. You will combine strong people leadership with deep recruiting expertise, market insight, and a data-driven approach to support both immediate hiring requirements and TeamViewer's longer-term talent needs.

You will play an important role in strengthening our recruiting capabilities, improving the candidate and stakeholder experience, and ensuring our recruiting organization can successfully operate and scale in a competitive and rapidly evolving technology talent market.

Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team of recruiters, creating a high-performance, collaborative, and results-oriented recruiting culture.

Partner closely with business leaders, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition leadership to understand business priorities, workforce requirements, and future talent needs.

Develop and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies that support both immediate hiring requirements and sustainable long-term talent pipelines.

Strengthen sourcing capabilities across the recruiting team by leveraging multiple sourcing channels, talent intelligence, market insights, competitive analysis, and emerging recruiting technologies.

Provide strategic recruiting guidance to business leaders and act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner throughout workforce planning and hiring decisions.

Ensure high-quality assessment and selection practices while delivering an outstanding candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Establish clear team and individual performance objectives, productivity measures, hiring targets, timelines, and recruiting KPIs.

Use recruiting data, analytics, dashboards, and market intelligence to identify trends, evaluate performance, address challenges, and support evidence-based decision-making.

Develop and maintain recruiting reports and performance dashboards that provide transparency into hiring progress, recruiting effectiveness, pipeline health, and key Talent Acquisition metrics.

Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, tools, and ways of working to increase productivity, quality, and scalability.

Ensure effective adoption and use of Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing platforms, talent databases, recruiting technologies, and other digital tools across the recruiting team.

Build strong relationships across the organization and collaborate on strategic projects and initiatives that support TeamViewer's broader talent and business objectives.

Lead and contribute to cross-functional, regional, and global Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop innovative sourcing programs, recruiting campaigns, events, and talent engagement approaches to attract high-quality candidates in competitive technology markets.

Monitor external talent markets and competitive trends and translate insights into actionable recruiting strategies for the business.

Champion continuous improvement, innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence across the recruiting organization.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a related HR discipline, including significant experience recruiting in complex and competitive talent markets.

5+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing recruiting or Talent Acquisition teams.

Proven experience managing recruiting teams across multiple locations, countries, business units, or similarly complex environments.

Strong track record of developing and executing recruiting strategies that address both immediate hiring requirements and longer-term talent pipeline needs.

Demonstrated experience recruiting within technology, software, digital, engineering, or similarly competitive talent markets.

Strong sourcing expertise and experience building effective talent pipelines using a broad range of sourcing channels, platforms, campaigns, and market intelligence.

Demonstrated ability to establish trusted relationships with senior business leaders, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders and operate as a strategic Talent Acquisition partner.

Experience translating business and workforce requirements into practical recruiting strategies and hiring plans.

Proven ability to define recruiting goals, team performance objectives, productivity measures, KPIs, and tracking mechanisms and use them to improve recruiting outcomes.

Strong experience using recruiting metrics, workforce analytics, dashboards, and data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and support decision-making.

Experience developing, improving, and scaling recruiting processes and workflows across candidates, recruiters, Hiring Managers, and interview teams.

Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing platforms, talent databases, recruiting technologies, and digital recruiting tools.

Experience supporting high-volume, complex, specialist, or senior-level hiring in a fast-paced environment.

Strong business acumen and experience working within an international organization, ideally during periods of growth, transformation, or organizational change.

Excellent communication, influencing, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced, international, and evolving environment.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

An advanced degree, Talent Acquisition certification, sourcing certification, or other relevant professional qualification is considered an advantage.

Experience with employer branding, talent market intelligence, recruiting campaigns, events, and innovative candidate engagement strategies is considered an advantage.
