Responsibilities
At TeamViewer, we build technology that helps organizations connect people, devices, and digital workflows securely and efficiently. Our products support teams that need to manage complex IT environments, resolve disruptions faster, and automate work with confidence.
Our team builds and evolves the integrations that connect TeamViewer with the wider enterprise software ecosystem, such as Microsoft LAPS and Intune. We enable secure credential handling, seamless device connectivity and efficient remote access across enterprise environments.

Design and develop platform independent functionalities for our client and services using C++
Optimize and enhance our software with new, efficient algorithms and technologies
Own features end to end, from technical concept through implementation to rollout
Continuously improve the reliability, maintainability, and performance of our codebase
Use coding agents and LLM-based assistants in your daily work, with a critical eye on quality and security
Automate recurring parts of your work with agentic workflows and share what works with your fellow C++ engineers
Mentor engineers and raise the bar through design and code reviews
Advise product owners on feasibility, effort estimates, and technical direction of new features
Requirements
University or college degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or any related subject
7+ years of professional experience in the field of object-oriented software development using C++ (C++14 or above) and design patterns
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools like coding agents or LLM-based assistants
Enthusiasm for AI-native ways of working, from automating recurring tasks to rethinking how software gets built
Solid knowledge of build tools like CMake and git, experience with Conan is a plus
Experience in any of the following fields are desirable: parallel programming, distributed and scalable systems, security, SQL, or network communication
Ability to work independently and be proactive
Structured and analytical way of thinking/working, being a team player, as well as motivated to learn new things
Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
