Responsibilities
Own the strategy, roadmap, and ecosystem vision for Tia integrations, defining how Tia connects with TeamViewer ONE and the broader AI and enterprise software landscape.
Drive the evolution of Tia as an extensible AI platform, enabling secure access to enterprise data, tools, and actions through APIs, SDKs, MCP integrations, and partner solutions.
Define and prioritize cross-platform AI workflows that connect Tia with ITSM, security, observability, endpoint management, identity, productivity, and other enterprise platforms to deliver automated and governed outcomes.
Lead strategic technology partnerships and ecosystem expansion, identifying opportunities with AI providers, cloud platforms, and enterprise software vendors, while driving build, buy, and partner decisions.
Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Business Development teams to deliver integrations from concept through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
Establish success metrics and drive platform growth, measuring adoption, automation outcomes, reliability, partner impact, and customer value to inform future product investments.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, AI, platform, API, or ecosystem products.
Strong understanding of AI agents, integrations, orchestration frameworks, and interoperability standards.
Experience building AI-powered products that leverage enterprise data and automation.
Technical fluency with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, authentication, and enterprise architecture concepts.
Proven ability to define product strategy, build roadmaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Experience managing strategic partnerships and leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
