The AI for End-Users team is building TeamViewer Tia, creating AI-powered experiences that help people understand, troubleshoot, and resolve technology issues with less effort. Our goal is to make advanced AI feel simple, trustworthy, and useful in everyday work.
In this role, you’ll help build the data, platform, and infrastructure capabilities that support reliable AI-powered products in production. You’ll work across AI, data, security, and platform teams to ensure our systems are scalable, observable, secure, and ready for enterprise use.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain the data and AI platform services that support TeamViewer’s AI-powered products.
Develop data pipelines, retrieval systems, indexing, and infrastructure for AI workloads.
Operate production model infrastructure, including deployment, versioning, routing, caching, and cost controls.
Build monitoring and observability capabilities for AI systems, including performance, quality, latency, and cost tracking.
Support CI/CD practices for AI systems, ensuring changes can be tested, deployed, monitored, and rolled back safely.
Maintain evaluation infrastructure to help teams measure quality, identify regressions, and support release decisions.
Ensure data quality, security, privacy, governance, and access controls across structured and unstructured data sources.
Collaborate with AI engineers, software engineers, product, security, and platform teams to deliver reliable production systems.
Requirements
8+ years of software engineering or data platform experience, with strong Python skills and solid SQL knowledge.
Proven experience building production-grade data pipelines, platform services, or AI infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with AI or ML systems in production, including retrieval pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, or model deployment.
Strong understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and observability practices.
Experience optimizing production systems for performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Knowledge of cloud platforms, with Azure or GCP experience preferred.
Solid understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and maintainability.
Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
