Responsibilities
As a Presales Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers throughout the sales cycle, helping organizations understand the value of the TeamViewer ONE platform.
Develop strong expertise across TeamViewer ONE, including remote connectivity, endpoint management, DEX, automation and device monitoring.
Support Proof of Value (PoV) and Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements.
Provide technical troubleshooting during customer evaluations.
Create solution designs, technical presentations and customer-facing documentation.
Contribute to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and security questionnaires.
Partner with SMB and Commercial Sales teams across APAC to support customer opportunities.
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing and Technical Support, sharing customer and market insights.
Stay current with SaaS, RMM, security, compliance and AI workplace technologies while developing toward SME status.
Requirements
Native-level Japanese and professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
1–3+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, technical consulting, IT administration, support or endpoint management.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, mobile operating systems and modern IT environments.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practices.
Excellent presentation, communication and customer-facing skills.
Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
Self-motivated, proactive, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Experience with SaaS, RMM, ITSM, UEM, EMM, APIs, automation, integrations or DEX is preferred; APAC experience and additional Asian languages are advantageous.
Travel up to 30%.
