Responsibilities
As an Intern, Campus Recruitment, you will support the Global Talent Acquisition team in building and strengthening our early-career talent pipeline. You will contribute to campus hiring activities by supporting university engagement, student outreach, coordination of recruitment events, candidate communication, and recruitment process administration.
This role is ideal for a motivated and proactive individual who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, employer branding, and campus recruitment within a fast-paced, international environment.
Support campus recruitment activities for internships, graduate roles, working student positions, and entry-level opportunities
Assist in identifying and engaging student talent through universities, career platforms, student networks, career fairs, and campus events
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of campus recruitment initiatives, including career fairs, information sessions, assessment days, and virtual hiring events
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand early-career hiring needs and role requirements
Maintain and update candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment data to ensure accuracy and transparency
Coordinate candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process
Assist in screening applications and conducting initial candidate pre-qualification where required
Support employer branding activities aimed at students and graduates, including campus presentations, social media content, and university partnerships
Help build and maintain strong relationships with universities, student organizations, career centers, and relevant early-career talent communities
Track campus recruitment activities and provide regular updates on pipeline status, candidate engagement, and hiring progress
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Campus Recruitment, Employer Branding, and Early Careers hiring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with students, universities, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities in a structured way
A proactive, curious, and hands-on mindset with the willingness to learn and contribute
Ability to represent the company professionally and act as an ambassador for the employer brand
Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate information
Comfortable working with digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, recruitment systems, LinkedIn, and university career platforms
Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus, but not mandatory
Previous internship, student job, or project experience in HR, recruitment, employer branding, event coordination, or university relations is an advantage
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:
€1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract
€1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract
€1,400 for a full-time internship position
