Responsibilities
This role is focused on growing TeamViewer’s presence through strategic partner relationships. You will identify and manage key partners, drive joint business plans, and support sales and marketing initiatives to boost revenue. By aligning partner goals with TeamViewer’s enterprise solutions, you’ll help close major deals, expand the partner network, and increase market reach. Success in this role requires strong relationship management, sales expertise, and a passion for delivering value through technology.
Identify potential key partners and work closely with them to build business plans, set objectives, and complete customer mapping
Manage the sales forecast, drive pipeline, and registration/ escalation processes for your region
Facilitate business development activities and assist with the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies
Promote TeamViewer Enterprise products & strategy through product demos, participation in marketing events, developing brand awareness, and developing co-marketing with partners in collaboration with TeamViewer marketing team
Understand each partner's value proposition and determine how our services and the vendor portfolio can enhance their profitability
Work with partners to close major deals on your own.
Expand the existing partner portfolio through effective channel management and build a strong pipeline of potential partners.
Create a sales growth strategy that involves identifying target markets, aligning offerings with market needs, and developing targeted annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans
Participate in reviewing proposal deliverables to ensure they meet the customer's structure and content requirements
Requirements
7+ years in an account management role with proven experience building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders
Thorough understanding of varied marketing techniques and strategies
Experienced in managing channel partners for a SaaS vendor is advantageous
Motivated to work with leading-edge technologies and applying those to drive business value to partners
Customer-focused individual, able to manage multiple tasks between clients
Passion for technology and sales-driven
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
