Responsibilities

• Create and update PowerPoint presentations and other learning materials

• Set up digital collaboration boards/whiteboards for workshops and coaching sessions

• Update internal Learning & Development pages so information stays current and easy to find

• Coordinate with colleagues across teams to prepare sessions (e.g., scheduling, invitations, agendas)

• Maintain documentation (templates, participant lists, feedback, session notes) in an organized way

• Support online and on-site internal networking sessions and events (preparation and follow-up)

• Support timely, respectful communication via Outlook, Teams, and internal tools (e.g., Teambase)

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university (required for working student employment)

• Comfortable working in English (written and spoken)

• Enjoy organizing, coordinating, and collaborating with others

• Comfortable with MS Office—especially PowerPoint and Outlook (Excel basics are a plus)

• Interest in learning topics such as facilitation, coaching, adult learning, or organizational development

• Curiosity to learn, ask questions early, and reflect on feedback

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:

  • €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract

  • €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract

  • €1,400 for a full-time internship position
