Responsibilities
The Team Lead, Global ABM is responsible for shaping and scaling our global account-based marketing strategy, driving deeper engagement and pipeline growth across key Enterprise accounts and priority industries.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you will lead a team responsible for executing ABM programs across regions. Your focus is to ensure the team delivers targeted, high-quality campaigns that increase account engagement, improve penetration within key accounts, and drive measurable pipeline impact.
You will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, GTM leadership, and regional teams to align on priorities, target accounts, and engagement strategies. A key part of the role is creating clear visibility into account engagement, using data and insights to guide decisions and continuously improve performance.
This role requires a leader who stays close to the details of campaign and technical setup, has a strong understanding of the systems and data, and brings clarity and visibility into how programs are performing to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
Lead, coach, and develop the global campaigns team (4 FTEs), fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and delivery.
Define and drive the global integrated campaign strategy, ensuring alignment with GTM priorities, product marketing, and sales objectives.
Orchestrate full-funnel campaigns across Enterprise and SMB segments, ensuring consistency globally while adapting to regional needs.
Enable and drive execution, remove blockers, guide teams, and step in where needed to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.
Define, track, and communicate campaign performance and KPIs, providing clear visibility to senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement by challenging the status quo, improving processes, and scaling what works across regions and teams.
Oversee channel mix and budget allocation, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively across email, paid media, social, webinars, and ABM.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years leading teams in a SaaS or technology environment.
Proven track record of leading global, multi-channel campaigns across Enterprise and SMB audiences.
Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM, product launches, and lifecycle marketing.
A leader who leads from the front — hands-on, accountable, and willing to do the work alongside the team.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align across functions and seniority levels.
Strong organizational and execution skills, able to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and keep teams on track.
Experience managing budgets, agencies, and campaign planning at scale.
