Responsibilities
From digital and traditional ad campaigns to event communications and thought leadership, we design and deliver strategic brand activations that shape how the market sees TeamViewer, building trust, shifting perception, and positioning us as a leading digital workplace platform.
We’re looking for a proactive and curious Working Student to support our Global Brand Campaigns team. You’ll work closely with campaign managers on real, high-impact marketing initiatives, from global brand campaigns and events to digital activations, helping bring our campaigns to life across channels. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how modern B2B SaaS marketing works in practice, while contributing to campaigns seen by millions of users worldwide.
Support the rollout of global brand campaigns across digital, web, and events
Help coordinate campaign assets (copy, visuals, landing pages) with Content, Creative, and Web teams
Assist in setting up campaigns across channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email, landing pages)
Help review and organize campaign materials to ensure consistency and quality
Support localization efforts (e.g., adapting campaigns for DE, UK, US markets)
Assist in updating landing pages and campaign briefs
Help with campaign tracking setup (UTMs, links, QA checks)
Support performance reporting (basic dashboards, data collection)
Ensure campaigns are launched on time and according to plan
Support campaign execution around key events (e.g., Gartner, Hannover Messe)
Assist with follow-up communications and campaign assets post-event
Work closely with global and regional marketing teams
Join campaign planning sessions and contribute ideas
Support ad-hoc campaign and project tasks
Requirements
Enrolled student in the field of Marketing, (International) Business Administration, Communications, or other related fields
Must have at least 1 year left before graduation
Advanced Excel and MS Office skills (pivot tables, handling large data sets, accuracy under volume)
Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn and take initiative
Courage to explore new tools and processes (MS Teams, SharePoint, monday.com)
Proficiency in English
