Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and committed Full Stack Web Developer (all genders) who is passionate about establishing cutting edge and value adding technologies in today's industries. We are striving to become the market leader for workflow-based real-time frontline worker assistance using 3D XR technologies.

• Contribute to the frontend feature development for the Frontline platform

• Create innovative solutions and new features for the Frontline platform in collaboration with UX and product teams.

• Collaborate closely with backend and platform teams to ensure seamless integration, synchronization, and reliability across devices and environments.

• Participate in peer reviews, pair programming, and cross-platform design discussions to uphold quality and consistency.

• Show ownership for your responsibilities and be accountable for your results

• Have a willingness to experiment and grow your skills in various areas

Requirements

• University or college degree in the field of computer science, software engineering or any other related subject 

• 3+ years of software development experience with strong focus on modern web frontend technologies

• Solid experience with React.js and component-based development

• Strong understanding of building dynamic and customizable layouts

• Experience building or consuming design systems and reusable UI component libraries

• Knowledge of clean code principles, design patterns, and scalable frontend architecture

• Experience with

  • Integrating REST/GraphQL APIs into web applications

  • State managers (e.g. Redux, Zustand or similar)

  • Build tooling (e.g. Vite, Webpack, ESBuild).

  • Styling systems (e.g. CSS Modules, Tailwind, styled-components, or CSS-in-JS) and design system/token integration

  • AI coding assistance tools & how to leverage them in development workflows and what their limits are.

• Structured, analytical working style and strong team spirit

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). German is a plus
