We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager (12 Month Fixed-Term Contract) to drive pipeline growth and elevate brand visibility across enterprise markets by owning the content execution for field marketing initiatives. In this role, you will translate regional business priorities into high-impact event and account-based content programs designed to engage high-value accounts, influence key decision-makers, and accelerate revenue opportunities.
The ideal candidate brings strong B2B content marketing expertise, a deep understanding of enterprise buying processes, and a proven ability to develop field-ready messaging and assets that work across channels and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Activate field marketing initiatives with pre-event outreach and executive messaging, on-site narratives, and post-event conversion content.
Act as content counterpart to the Field Marketing team, clarifying ownership, inputs, timelines, and approvals to keep programs moving smoothly.
Ensure a consistent message in German-language over all communication touchpoints.
Collaborate cross-departmental with PMM/Campaigns/Sales to ensure field content reflects the latest positioning, proof points, and competitive context (without losing regional relevance).
Analyze field-content KPIs to report on what’s working (adoption, engagement) sharing insights to improve future programs and templates.
Requirements
Native-level German language skills
Fluency in English required, additional European languages are a plus
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or similar field preferred
3+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally in the B2B tech/enterprise software space
Excellent writing skills and the ability to simplify complexity
Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume
A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality; takes initiative and owns results
Builds effective working relationships across all levels and functions
