Responsibilities
As a Product Manager for TeamViewer ONE, you will play a key role in planning and executing the roadmap for our next-generation digital workplace platform. You will work at the intersection of endpoint management, remote connectivity, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) to help IT teams stay ahead of modern workplace challenges.
User Advocacy: Develop a deep understanding of IT managers, admins, and MSPs through regular engagement and feedback.
Discovery & Execution: Validate features through user interviews, prototypes, and data analysis to ensure we build what matters most.
Roadmap Management: Contribute to the end-to-end roadmap, taking ownership of specific features from ideation through to delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with engineering, design/UX, and marketing to bring high-quality solutions to life.
Data-Informed Iteration: Track KPIs and success metrics to guide continuous improvement and pivot when necessary.
Operational Excellence: Ensure product quality, performance, and reliability are maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years experience in Product Management, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
Familiarity with (or a strong desire to learn) endpoint management, remote support, or IT operations software.
Comfortable using telemetry and data dashboards to inform product decisions.
Ability to engage in technical discussions regarding APIs, integrations, and security (SSO, RBAC).
Practical experience working in agile or lean product development environments.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
Exposure to automation, orchestration, policy engines or AI/ML-driven insights.
Prior experience working with MSPs or in IT operations
