Responsibilities
As a Principal Product Manager, you will be the strategic lead responsible for steering the evolution of our TeamViewer ONE Enterprise offering. You aren't starting from a blank slate, instead, you will take our established, market-leading platforms and drive their convergence into a unified, high-scale enterprise ecosystem. In this high-influence role, you will balance internal technical steering with external evangelism, to ensure TeamViewer ONE remains the gold standard for the modern digital workplace.
Enterprise Product Strategy: Define and execute the long-term product investment strategy for the TeamViewer ONE Enterprise segment, identifying new market opportunities and competitive moats.
Platform Interoperability: Steer the seamless integration of multiple backend platforms to deliver a unified "Enterprise-grade" experience, ensuring scalability, high availability, and consistent security standards across the ecosystem.
Market & Analyst Evangelism: Act as a public face, engaging with industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) and speaking at conferences to position TeamViewer as a visionary leader.
High-Stakes Discovery: Lead discovery for complex enterprise-specific needs, such as advanced orchestration, global policy management, and deep integrations into existing enterprise tech stacks.
Influence: Build and present robust business cases to executive leadership, influencing the company’s broader product direction and resource allocation.
Product Excellence & Mentorship: Elevate the craft of Product Management across the organization by coaching senior and mid-level PMs on best practices in discovery, strategy, and platform thinking.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a significant track record of leading large-scale B2B Enterprise SaaS platforms.
Deep expertise in building and scaling platform ecosystems, including complex API strategies, identity management (SSO/SCIM/RBAC), and distributed systems.
Proven ability to navigate the unique requirements of Fortune 500 customers, including security compliance, data residency, and procurement complexities.
Exceptional ability to distill technical complexity into compelling narratives for non-technical executives and external industry analysts.
Expert-level skill in using advanced telemetry and cohort analysis to inform product direction.
University degree in a technical or business-related field; MBA or advanced engineering degree is a plus.
Native-level fluency in English
Prior experience in M&A product integration, bringing different product cultures and tech stacks together.
Direct experience with IT automation, AI-driven remediation, or complex orchestration engines.
A background in managing P&L or unit economics for a high-growth product line.
