We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Brand Campaign Manager (m/f/d) to elevate the TeamViewer brand across traditional and digital channels. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic campaigns to drive brand awareness, positive brand perception, and audience trust and engagement.
Responsibilities
Plan global campaigns around key brand activations such as events and partnerships.
Deliver campaigns with clear targets, messaging, assets, channels, timelines, and measurement.
Execute campaign frameworks and templates that enable agility and repeatability worldwide.
Program management, including creating briefs and managing execution timelines for all campaign stakeholders including Content, Creative, Web and Performance teams to ensure flawless execution.
Create persona-led journeys grounded in real customer pains points, motivations, and outcomes.
Enable segmentation, nurture flows, and lifecycle activation through automation partnerships.
Measure brand impact through trust, sentiment, engagement, and pipeline influence.
Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Work cross-departmentally with Content, Creative, Performance, Sports, Events, Ecosystem, GTM, Field Marketing and sales teams to drive consistent brand growth for TeamViewer.
Requirements
7+ years of work experience as a campaign, brand, or marketing manager.
Hands-on mentality paired with the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Highly organized with proven project management skills.
Enthusiasm for new and innovative technologies.
A strong understanding of customer and market requirements, trends, and developments in IT.
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with technical and business leaders.
Native English speaker or C1-level proficiency.
