Responsibilities
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, connecting TeamViewer’s sales team with enterprise customers. Your focus will be on demonstrating and delivering value through TeamViewer’s solutions in DEX, Remote connectivity, End Point Management, Observability, and Automation.
Technical Expertise & Product Demonstrations:
Become a subject matter expert on our DEX, remote connectivity and remote management product portfolio.
Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations to potential clients, both in person and virtually.
Tailor demonstrations to address specific customer requirements and pain points.
Clearly articulate the technical value proposition and business benefits of our solutions.
Strategic Differentiation and Competitive Positioning of Product Capabilities
Requirements Gathering & Solution Design:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and technical requirements.
Conduct thorough discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and objectives.
Design and propose tailored solutions that address customer needs and leverage our product capabilities.
Develop detailed Solution proposals and statements of work (SOWs).
RFx Response:
Answer technical sections of RFI/RFP/RFQ documents.
Ensure that the answers are accurate, complete and compelling.
Proof of Value / Concept (POV/C) & Pilot Management:
Design, implement, and manage POVs and pilot programs to demonstrate the effectiveness of our solutions in customer environments.
Provide technical guidance and support during POV/Cs and pilots.
Analyze POV results and provide recommendations to customers.
Value Assessment
Conduct Value Assessments and engage in Value Consulting to quantify ROI, TCO reduction, productivity improvements, and operational efficiencies.
Build executive-level business cases highlighting measurable impact on IT operations and employee experience.
Translate technical capabilities into financial and operational value narratives for CxO stakeholders.
Requirements
Degree in computer science, information systems, applied computer science or a similar education in an IT related field or equivalent work experience in similar role.
Minimum of 10 years of work experience with at least 7 years of experience in technical selling such as Solutions Consultant, Pre-sales Engineer role or Technical Product Manager role or Technical Support/IT administration role.
Strong background in endpoint management, UEM, EUC, or Digital Employee Experience platforms.
Hands-on experience building automation scripts and remediation workflows.
Expertise in PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages.
Ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business value and ROI outcomes.
Experience with enterprise endpoint ecosystems such as: Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Citrix / VDI environments
Solid understanding of: Windows and macOS endpoint environments, Device health, patching, and remediation, ITSM integrations and workflow automation
Well versed with Sales Cycle, Pre Sales processes, Project and process management.
Previous experience integrating with large enterprise IT systems.
Aspiration to constantly enhance and learn about new technologies and concepts - you’ll be naturally inquisitive and have a passion for technology.
Motivated to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, Documentation, and presentation skills
Openness to travelling at least 30% of the time.
Additional Advantage
Knowledge of endpoint telemetry, device analytics, and experience monitoring.
Exposure to enterprise automation frameworks, APIs, and orchestration tools.
Experience working in global presales or regional SE teams.
