We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth and elevate brand visibility across UKI and selected additional enterprise markets. In this role, you will design and execute strategic field marketing initiatives that target high-value accounts, engage key decision-makers, and accelerate revenue opportunities.
The ideal candidate has strong B2B marketing expertise, a deep understanding of enterprise buying processes, and a proven ability to translate business priorities into impactful marketing programs.
Responsibilities
Strategy Ownership: Develop and lead the field marketing strategy for UKI and other assigned markets, ensuring alignment with business goals and regional priorities.
Program Execution: Plan and deliver high-impact activities—such as executive events, trade shows, VIP experiences, and digital programs—that deepen account engagement and support pipeline creation and expansion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, broader marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and maximize the effectiveness of all initiatives.
Budget Management: Manage budgets responsibly, ensuring cost-efficient program delivery with measurable ROI.
Performance Evaluation: Analyse program results, generate actionable insights, and optimize activities based on data and business outcomes.
Vendor & Logistics Management: Oversee vendor relationships, negotiations, and all logistics required to deliver flawless field marketing programs.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B field marketing experience across UKI and other European markets, ideally within the tech or SaaS industry.
Proven success in designing and executing targeted programs and enterprise events that generate meaningful pipeline.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and sales leaders.
Highly organized, analytical, and hands-on, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com and Cvent is an advantage.
Strong understanding of modern B2B marketing practices.
