Responsibilities
This is a compelling opportunity for an experienced Senior Investor Relations Manager to join TeamViewer in a highly visible and strategically important role within a dynamic industry and fast-paced public company environment. You will play a leading role in shaping and executing TeamViewer’s Investor Relations strategy, ensuring clear, consistent, and credible communication of the company’s strategy, performance, and long-term value creation to the global capital markets.
Working closely with senior leadership, including the CFO and Executive Team, you will serve as a key interface between TeamViewer and investors, sell-side analysts, and the broader financial community. The Investor Relations function provides both an external capital markets perspective and a critical internal feedback loop, supporting informed strategic decision-making across the organization.
This role comes with significant autonomy, high-impact responsibilities, and direct exposure to senior management. You will operate under tight deadlines, manage market-sensitive information, and represent TeamViewer as a trusted and recognized expert to the financial community.
Play a leading role in defining and executing TeamViewer’s Investor Relations strategy, ensuring high-quality, transparent, and consistent communication with shareholders and analysts
Act as a senior representative of the company toward institutional investors and sell-side analysts; independently host investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and analyst interactions
Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual financial communications, including earnings releases, presentations, scripts, and briefing materials for senior management
Take ownership of the earnings Q&A process, advising on messaging, positioning, and communication strategy
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with institutional investors and analysts, ensuring timely, proactive, and credible engagement
Provide senior leadership with regular insights into investor sentiment, equity research, peer benchmarking, and broader industry developments
Develop, maintain, and own TeamViewer’s financial and valuation models, and articulate the company’s valuation drivers from both financial and qualitative perspectives
Lead the planning and execution of Capital Markets Day, investor conferences, roadshows, field trips, and shareholder meetings
Oversee the Investor Relations website and all externally published IR materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and best-in-class standards
Partner closely with Finance, Strategy, Legal, Communications, and other internal stakeholders to align messaging and ensure regulatory compliance
Mentor junior team members where applicable and contribute to the ongoing development of the IR function
Drive continuous improvement of IR processes and independently manage strategic and ad-hoc projects
Requirements
10+ years of professional experience in Investor Relations, financial markets, investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or a comparable capital markets–focused role
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; CFA, ACA, or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred
Deep understanding of financial statements, capital markets dynamics, valuation methodologies, and equity story development
Proven experience working closely with senior executives and representing a company to institutional investors and sell-side analysts
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial and strategic information into clear, compelling narratives
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences
High level of autonomy, sound judgment, and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated integrity and discretion in handling confidential and market-sensitive information
Comfortable navigating complex organizational dynamics and influencing across functions
Curious, forward-looking mindset with the ability to lead in ambiguous or evolving situations
Willingness to travel as required
