(Senior) Product Manager - Third-Party-Integrations, Data&Agentic AI Ecosystems
Drive the impact of our AI solutions by bridging the gap between customer needs, internal stakeholders, and product strategy. Champion innovation, streamline processes, understanding customers.
TeamViewer is a leading Digital Workplace platform that connects people with technology - helping organizations enable, improve, and automate digital processes so work works better. Our solutions combine connectivity, data, automation, and AI to shape the future of digital work for millions of users around the world.
We are looking for a technically strong and product-minded Product Manager to join our AI Product Team and shape how TeamViewer connects with partner systems, data sources, AI frameworks, and agentic ecosystems. In this role, you will define and drive a cross-product integration roadmap that helps customers, partners, and internal teams unlock more value from TeamViewer products. You will work at the intersection of AI, APIs, data, enterprise software, and partnerships - turning technical possibilities into scalable product capabilities with real customer impact.
Responsibilities
Own the integration strategy and roadmap: Define where and how TeamViewer should integrate with third-party systems across the product portfolio, balancing customer value, partner opportunity, technical feasibility, and long-term platform scalability.
Build impactful partner and data integrations: Identify, prioritize, and deliver integrations that connect TeamViewer with partner and customer systems to extract, contribute, synchronize, and operationalize data in secure, reliable, and enterprise-ready ways.
Shape our agentic AI ecosystem: Help define TeamViewer’s approach to AI interoperability, including integrations with AI frameworks, model and tool ecosystems, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) patterns, and emerging standards for agent-to-tool and agent-to-agent communication.
Turn complex needs into clear product requirements: Translate partner, customer, and internal use cases into crisp product requirements, API contracts, integration specifications, acceptance criteria, and technical trade-offs that engineering teams can execute with confidence.
Drive partnerships from idea to adoption: Collaborate with Business Development, Partnerships, Engineering, Security, Legal, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners to evaluate opportunities, align joint roadmaps, remove blockers, and bring integrations successfully to market.
Create reusable platform capabilities: Scale integration work beyond individual projects by driving reusable connectors, documentation, enablement materials, observability, success metrics, and self-service patterns that can be adopted across TeamViewer products.
Requirements
Several years of experience in technical product management, platform product management, API products, enterprise integrations, developer ecosystems, AI products, or comparable B2B SaaS roles.
Strong technical fluency in APIs, data exchange patterns, webhooks, authentication and authorization concepts, integration middleware, cloud platforms, and enterprise-grade reliability, scalability, privacy, and security expectations.
Proven ability to define and deliver third-party integrations, excellent partner management skills, connector platforms, partner-facing APIs, or data-intensive products that connect multiple systems and workflows.
Curiosity and practical experience with AI and GenAI ecosystems, including LLM application patterns, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, AI framework integrations, agentic workflows, MCP, A2A, or comparable interoperability standards.
Comfort working closely with engineering teams on architecture, feasibility, technical dependencies, release planning, quality, observability, and operational readiness.
A customer- and metrics-oriented mindset, using discovery, market analysis, usage data, and business impact to prioritize integration opportunities and measure success.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus. A technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
