Responsibilities
Customer Feedback & Discovery: Establish and own a robust internal and external feedback pipeline. Conduct regular customer calls and discovery sessions to validate AI use cases, ensuring deep customer insights drive our product roadmap.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between the AI Product Domain and internal departments (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal). Translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders and gather internal requirements to align expectations.
Change Management: Lead change management initiatives for new AI feature launches, ensuring internal readiness and smooth adoption across the organization and our customer base.
Process Improvement & Enablement: Continuously analyze and improve internal product management processes. Remove friction for the RnD and PM teams, facilitating smoother workflows and faster delivery cycles.
Innovation Support: Facilitate innovation workshops and discovery phases, helping the wider PM team identify and prioritize high-potential AI opportunities.
Product Delivery: Collaborate directly with other PMs and engineers to define requirements and deliver AI features, ensuring that process improvements and customer feedback are directly translated into tangible product value.
Requirements
Proven track record in Product Management, ideally with experience in B2B software or SaaS.
Strong experience in stakeholder management and navigating complex organizational structures.
Demonstrated ability in customer discovery, conducting interviews, and synthesizing qualitative feedback into actionable product requirements.
Deep expertise in change management, driving the full lifecycle from discovery to permanent institutionalization within corporate structures.
A strategic mindset with a passion for operational excellence and process improvement.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong collaboration skills.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
