Responsibilities

 

TeamViewer Armenia is looking for a proactive and organized Junior Office Manager to support our daily office operations. This is a 6-month contract position and a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment

 

  • Manage daily office operations, including ordering snacks, fruits, beverages, and stationery, and monitoring inventory levels
  • Ensure a comfortable and well-maintained office environment for all employees
  • Collaborate and negotiate with both existing and new vendors; handle vendor registration and maintain an up-to-date vendor database
  • Work closely with the procurement team to align purchasing needs and ensure timely deliveries
  • Organize corporate events, team buildings, internal office tournaments, and social activities (e.g. movie nights) to strengthen team culture and engagement
  • Coordinate travel insurance for employees going on business trips
  • Maintain internal communication channels by sharing announcements and event updates, including photos from recent activities

 

Requirements

 

  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar operations role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across departments
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential
  • Experience in vendor negotiation and procurement coordination is a plus
  • Creative mindset with a passion for planning events and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, HR, or a related field preferred
