We are looking for a Technical Architect – Agentic AI Integrations who will lead the design and implementation of advanced AI-based integrations for TeamViewer products across multiple enterprise ecosystems. The successful candidate will design, manage the development and showcase solutions that enable interoperability between TeamViewer and 3rd party enterprise platform  AI agents, to create next-generation “Agentic” models.

This role sits at the intersection of AI architecture, Enterprise platform integration, and partner enablement, supporting TeamViewer’s vision of intelligent automation and human-AI collaboration across the digital workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Technical Architect for all AI-based integrations that contribute to an Agentic model framework, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures.
  • Design and implement custom agents across key enterprise ecosystems — including Microsoft M365 Copilot, Microsoft Security Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, and ServiceNow NowAssist.
  • Manage external development partners for the development of more advanced capabilities where needed.
  • Define, build, and maintain all prompting, grounding, and contextualization frameworks required for generated AI agents.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, demo environments, architecture diagrams, and design blueprints, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, R&D, Partner Engineering, and Business Development) to deliver integrated, end-to-end AI solutions.
  • Participate in customer-facing meetings, workshops, and events to demonstrate prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and reference architectures.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI orchestration frameworks to inform TeamViewer’s roadmap.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in software architecture, AI engineering, or Enterprise application integration roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience architecting or integrating AI agent frameworks (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Copilot extensibility, Salesforce Agentforce, ServiceNow NowAssist).
  • Strong understanding of API-based and event-driven architectures, OAuth 2.0, and secure enterprise integration patterns.
  • Solid knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering concepts.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to explain complex technical designs to business and partner audiences.
  • Passion for exploring new AI-driven integration paradigms and driving innovation in enterprise automation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft, Salesforce, or ServiceNow ecosystems, especially AI extensibility models (plugins, connectors, copilots).
  • Hands-on experience in customer-facing solution design and demos.
  • Some software development experience especially for scripting languages like python and JS.
