We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner who will support the Business Development team in developing new partner integrations, ensuring the high quality of the deliverables, and managing the release process across different TeamViewer products.TeamViewer a Germany based company with offices around the world is building up their Business Development.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Product Management and Business Development team to maintain a Roadmap of development tasks for the integrations/partnerships
- Gain deep technical knowledge of the 3rd platforms we integrate with (e.g. Microsoft, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Freshworks, Atlassian) and act as the subject matter expert for any technical issues/questions on these topics.
- Work with internal or external engineering resources to design the technical solution based on the Business and Product Requirements.
- Manage internal or external development vendors for the implementation of the integration. Ensure the deliverables satisfy the requirements. Manage the whole release process.
- Project Manage the deliverables of the technical projects. Work with internal support, operational and other stakeholder teams to ensure the smooth operation of a partnership.
- Work closely and proactively with internal Product teams to submit feature requests, suggest improvements as well as for the resolution of bugs.
- Be responsible for technical issues post release and act as the escalation point for the Technical Support team.
- Manage Demo and QA environments, act as the Product Owner for any tool development projects and work on complex partner technical issues.
- These responsibilities are not limited to these specific duties and are subject to change
Requirements:
- 6 or more years in SW technical roles
- Bachelor degree in Computer Sciense or Software engineering. Masters degree preferable.
- Experience leading API/SDK integrations with large SaaS platforms, mobile technologies, IoT and AR applications.
- Experience with software engineering and design architecture for Enterprise applications.
- Experience in customer facing roles.
- Experience in technical project management and proven track record of leading challenging technical initiatives.
- Passionate about cloud, enterprise applications and emerging categories
- Ability to travel internationally
