Responsibilities

 

·       Assist in creating and updating Sales Enablement content (e.g., sales facing collateral, sales centric training courses, sales communications ...)

·       Help organize and maintain the internal knowledge base for the sales team

·       Support onboarding and training processes for new and tenured sales team members – including things like setting up sale engagement activities (e.g. sales briefings, sales training sessions ...)

·       Participate in cross-functional projects between Marketing, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales Operations and Sales departments with the ambition of effectively enabling sellers to do their role better

·       Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to align messaging across campaigns and sales tools

·       Track and report usage and effectiveness of enablement materials and activities using various tools/software applications

·       Support the Sales Enablement Director in the creation, facilitation, management and post-event communication of other enablement activities to ensure high satisfaction levels of the sales community

·       Conduct customer and market research under the guidance of the Sales Enablement Director

 

Requirements

 

  • You are currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Extremely comfortable using PowerPoint, Excel, and other MS Office or Google Workspace tools
  • Interest in B2B software, sales strategy, and/or marketing
  • Proactive, creative, and eager to learn
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity trends and digital workplace tools is a plus
  • Awareness of how IT support needs differ between large enterprise organizations and SMBs
  • Prior internship or working student experience in marketing, sales, or communications is a plus

·       Contract location would be Göppingen, Germany

·       Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
