Work Student/Intern, Project Management (all genders)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Management team in planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
• Support in tracking project progress, preparing reports, and updating relevant stakeholders on timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and ensure smooth communication between cross-functional teams.
• Help identify project risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
• Contribute to the creation of project documentation and deliverables.

Requirements

• Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) is a plus.

• Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h/week, 1.112,00€ for a 16h/week and 1.200,00€ for an Intern position.
