QA Team Lead – Core Remote Access & Control
Drive Quality for Global Connectivity

We are looking for a QA Team Lead (all genders) to strengthen our engineering team and ensure world-class quality for the connectivity foundation of TeamViewer Remote, Tensor, and ONE.

Responsibilities
- Lead Quality Initiatives: Align all testing efforts across teams and drive quality standards for Remote Access & Control.
- Mentor & Guide: Provide leadership and coaching to QA engineers, fostering growth and best practices.
- Hands-On Testing: Maintain and evolve test automation frameworks while performing manual and exploratory testing.
- Collaborate Globally: Work closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams worldwide.
- Innovate in QA: Introduce new tools, techniques, and processes to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Champion Quality Culture: Advocate for quality at every stage of the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- A university or college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance is essential.
- Familiarity with manual and/or automated mobile testing is a plus.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Ranorex; knowledge of Cypress is an advantage.
- Proven track record in senior QA or QA Lead roles, including team management and mentoring.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive quality initiatives and foster continuous improvement.
- Ability to drive quality initiatives and coordinate cross-functional projects.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality software.
- Experience in project management and coordination across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent collaboration skills; able to work independently and across departments.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as German are a plus.
