As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a key technical and business partner to the Americas Sales Team, supporting enterprise accounts. Your goal is to drive sales success by aligning TeamViewer’s capabilities with real customer needs across IT and OT environments. You will engage with prospective and existing customers to demonstrate how our solutions solve real-world challenges and deliver measurable value. Working closely with sales, product, and technical teams, you will help design and deliver strategic demos and tailored solutions that directly support customer objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Technical Expertise: Build a deep understanding of our IT and OT software solutions, including their core capabilities, integration points, and overall value proposition for enterprise customers.

  • Presentations & Demos: Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements that showcase how our solutions solve real-world challenges and drive measurable ROI.

  • Customer Engagement: Participate in discovery conversations to identify customer needs, challenges, and goals, and translate these into compelling solution narratives.

  • Solution Design: Support the design and delivery of custom demos, workflows, and tailored solutions. Clearly communicate how TeamViewer technology delivers value through performance, integration, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Customer Success, and R&D to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and meet customer expectations.

  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving IT/OT technologies. Share relevant insights to support internal knowledge sharing and customer conversations.

  • Partner Enablement: Support joint demos and customer engagements with strategic partners. Assist in showcasing TeamViewer technologies as part of integrated, customer-centric solutions.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or in a similar customer-facing technical role in the OT or enterprise software industry

  • Exposure to enterprise software solutions, ideally in IT/OT integration, warehouse management, or logistics systems

  • Understanding of enterprise environments, including common architectures, operational challenges, and decision-making processes

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders

  • Experience supporting PoC engagements and contributing to solution design discussions with customers

  • Familiarity with platforms and tools such as cloud infrastructure, virtualization, APIs, or middleware

  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and a customer-first approach

  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
