Key Purpose of the Job:
As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE, all genders) at TeamViewer, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our Azure-based SaaS platform. You’ll work with a forward-thinking team that powers our core products and services, delivering a seamless experience to users worldwide.

What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain highly available, scalable infrastructure for our global SaaS platform.
- Deploy feature and maintenance releases.
- Develop and enhance monitoring, alerting, and automation systems to guarantee 24/7 service reliability.
- Continuously improve infrastructure through automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure rapid resolution of operational issues.
- Proactively identify and mitigate reliability risks, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or software development roles.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (AWS or GCP is a plus).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools (e.g. Terraform, Argo CD).
- Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (including PowerShell).
- Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of databases (e.g. MS SQL, Postgres).
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus).
- Understanding of distributed systems, parallel programming, and test automation.
- Solid grasp of network security principles and best practices.
- A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
