About the role
Join us and be part of TeamViewer’s Professional Services function in APAC that helps Enterprise businesses implement, manage, and optimize their TeamViewer platform. These services encompass a wide range of activities, including consulting, software implementation, configuration, customization, training with the goal of helping businesses leverage TeamViewer capabilities to achieve their specific business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the end-to-end execution of concurrent TeamViewer implementation projects, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and customer teams.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Oversee Statements of Work (SOWs), financials, contract revisions, and compliance adherence.
- Provide project guidance and oversight, ensuring TeamViewer’s as well as customer’s project teams align with best practices and architectural standards.
- Guide and spearhead the process of gathering requirements, formulating architectural design, overseeing technical development, conducting both functional and non-functional tests, ensuring operational preparedness, and implementing DevOps strategies.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies is a must.
- Implement best practices in resource management, ensuring the right people are working on the right priorities at the right time.
- Act as a primary liaison between technical teams, business users, and executive leadership, ensuring all stakeholders are regularly informed, aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce a structured cadence of communication, including weekly status meetings, project updates, and executive reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12-15 years of business/IT experience, with at least 8+ years leading complex IT projects in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
- Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams with diverse skill sets. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. o Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of implementing SaaS solutions across the enterprise. Experience with cloud technologies and IT transformation programs is a must.
- Proven proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid), tools, and best practices.
- Experience with risk and issue management, including identification, assessment, and mitigation.
- Ability to estimate total resources needed to meet project objectives and manage allocated budgets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work with ambiguity.
