We are seeking a skilled and motivated Demand Generation Manager to drive marketing initiatives in the ASEAN, Greater China and India. As the Demand Generation Manager for these three regions, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate demand, increase brand awareness, and support revenue growth, primarily with channel partners. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives that resonate with target audiences.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop annual marketing plan in consultation with marketing and sales leaders based on local market requirements and sales revenue target. 
  • Collaborate with regional sales and marketing leaders, support quarterly sales pipeline and revenue goals by developing and executing lead generation in the Channel, Enterprise, and SMB sectors.
  • Work with channel partners on enablement, solution awareness, demand generation, sales promotion, incentives, and software trial in the region through MDF programs.
  • Responsible for APAC Sports Sponsorship program, planning and executing online and offline activation activities.
  • Influence regional digital demand generation campaigns integrating across all channels in content syndication, social media, video marketing, key influencers, and analyst relations program.
  • Monitor the competitive environment, stay connected on top trends and industry dynamics to continually define relevant opportunities and recommendations to drive the business.
  • Manage local marketing budget, ensure campaign hygiene in CRM and hold regular review for optimisation with Marketing VP including sales team. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and best practices for demand generation.
  • Represent TeamViewer at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Support local PR, work closely with local agency.  
  • Maintain up-to-date marketing customer, prospect, and partner lists for the region.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in demand generation, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the technology/software industry.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable results and achieving targets.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages spoken in the ASEAN & GC region is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region for events and meetings.
