As a Sales Operations Analyst for our fast-growing Korean subsidiary, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and enabling sales success. Working closely with the local and regional sales teams, you will analyze data, streamline processes, and provide actionable insights to support our business in South Korea. This role combines data-driven analysis, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to help scale our business.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

Deal Desk:

  • Process and build quotes for Enterprise and Channel managers. 

Sales Analytics:

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track progress toward revenue and pipeline targets.
  • Provide insights to optimize the sales territories, sales pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and deal velocity.  

CRM Management:

  • Administer and maintain CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Train sales team members on CRM best practices and usage.

Sales team and Office management coordination

  • Company Event coordination.
  • Office Lease Coordination
  • Vendor set-up, Purchase Requisitions Process, Coordinate invoice for payment
  • Office Administration

 

Requirements

 

 

Experience

  • 2+ years in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerBI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures and functions.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
