About the role

 

Provide support to enterprise customers throughout the pre-sales, sales, and implementation phase. Offer demonstrations, training courses and tailored solutions as needed to meet the business needs of our clients. Take responsibility for technical aspects of projects, and work closely with development teams to determine feasibility and implementation of special requests.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Answer questionnaires and tenders from enterprise customers about technical requirements, and if necessary, clarify the answers with the development and/or product management teams.
  • Interact with TeamViewer's research and development teams to incorporate customer feedback into our product, liaising with the team where required to accommodate special requests from clients.
  • Support our account managers in presenting products and solutions to new and existing clients, by contributing technical knowledge and understanding.
  • Conduct demonstrations, training, and offer on-site support if required.
  • Offer advice and suggestion to our account managers from a technical front to upsell, cross-sell, and accelerate sales

 

Requirements

 

  • 5+ years’ experience in a technical customer service or IT administration role 
  • Profound understanding of customer needs in the field of IoT, sensor technology, and data processing 
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to demonstrate technical solutions 
  • Experience in building and maintaining strategic partnerships and relationships
  • A degree in computer science, business information, or a related field is advantageous
