Responsibilities

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at TeamViewer. As a key member of our product team, you will work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive data-informed decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Analyzing large datasets to support critical business decisions and optimize operational processes.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and translating them into actionable business metrics and KPIs.
  • Developing and maintaining BI dashboards using best-practice data modeling techniques.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and consistency through rigorous data cleaning and validation processes.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
  • Formulating business hypotheses, establishing success metrics, and determining tracking requirements.
  • Crafting visually compelling data presentations and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

 

  • University degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience with a strong focus on data.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within the software industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Highly motivated to solve complex problems in collaboration with team members, goal-oriented, and eager to make a significant impact on the business.
  • Strong understanding of business contexts and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
