Responsibilities
We are looking for a Team Manager to drive our solutions in the Frontline Logistics space. You will lead and support multiple teams working on Frontline Pick, our solution for logistics and warehouse operations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic oversight, and experience in environments where efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration are critical. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of our picking solutions.
- Manage and mentor several agile teams focused on Frontline Pick, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational strategy.
- Drive execution of the product roadmap in collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and stakeholders.
- Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing quality, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Oversee team capacity planning, resource allocation, and hiring to support growth and delivery.
- Promote best practices for software development and integration within logistics and warehouse contexts.
- Facilitate cross-team and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Build strong relationships with external customers and partners to understand operational needs and ensure successful deployments.
- Champion a culture of open communication, psychological safety, and accountability.
Requirements
- A university or college degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within software development or logistics technology.
- Experience leading & growing managers.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering or technical program management, ideally with exposure to warehouse or supply chain solutions.
- Proven track record of leading multiple teams or a larger development organization.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, warehouse operations, and picking systems.
- Experience in strategic planning, team building, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as German are a plus.
