Responsibilities

  • Act as Senior Recruiter and partner with departments like R&D, Customer Support and Information Technology  to ensure a smooth and strategically aligned hiring process in the EMEA region  
  • Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers around their hiring needs, taking a role of talent advisory, recommending the most appropriate talent attraction and sourcing strategies to find the best candidates.
  • Spend time strategically sourcing, building your talent pipeline through LinkedIn, social media, networking and events
  • Engage with potential applicants via various recruiting channels and manage our job postings across different job boards 
  • Be the bridge between the departmental hiring teams and applicants, HR Services and steer the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding  
  • Shape candidate-focused processes to ensure the highest candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 
  • Support our HR team in ensuring that new joiners have a smooth start by preparing, coordinating and distributing HR-related documentation  
  • Assist with the coordination, preparation and distribution of HR-related reports and employee documentation. 
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and guidelines 

 

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field 
  • At least 5 years' recruitment experience in a fast-paced, growing company 
  • Good understanding of general hiring policies and procedures, and creative sourcing strategies to find quality candidates. 
  • Candidate-oriented approach which values the delivery of positive candidate and employee experience  
  • Background in organizing of recruiting events/job fairs/open days is a plus 
  • Excellent communication skills and analytic thinking are your strengths 
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory
