Responsibilities

 

Join TeamViewer as a Presales Solutions Engineer in our SMB & Commercial Solutions Engineering team and help customers across Europe understand the power of our unified platform, TeamViewer ONE. In this role, you will bridge technical expertise with customer-facing communication to support our growing commercial business.

  • Develop deep product knowledge of TeamViewer ONE across remote connectivity, endpoint management, and digital employee experience (DEX)
  • Deliver clear, compelling, and tailored product demonstrations that highlight both technical capabilities and business value
  • Collaborate closely with Inside Sales and Commercial Sales teams in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
  • Participate in customer discovery sessions and analyze technical requirements
  • Support the creation of solution designs, technical documentation, and follow-up materials
  • Assist with Proof-of-Value (POV) and Proof-of-Concept (POC) activities, including setup and lightweight technical troubleshooting
  • Work independently on customer-focused tasks and take responsibility for timely and high-quality execution
  • Contribute to RFx responses, technical questionnaires, and internal knowledge sharing
  • Stay up to date with trends in device management, endpoint security, automation, and modern IT architectures
  • Engage in continuous learning and internal enablement programs to advance toward becoming a subject matter expert

 

Requirements

 

  • 13 years of experience in technical presales, IT support, endpoint management, systems administration, or related technical fields
  • Understanding of modern IT environments (Windows, macOS, mobile operating systems), networks, and basic security concepts
  • Strong motivation and curiosity to grow into a full presales engineering skill set
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to customers
  • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced sales cycles
  • Familiarity with SaaS, RMM, ITSM, or device management platforms is a plus
  • Experience with scripting, APIs, or automation technologies is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Multilingual skills (Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German, etc.) are a strong advantage, as the role supports customers across Europe
  • Proactive, positive mindset and passion for helping customers solve real challenges
