Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Junior Software Engineer (all genders) who’s eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to meaningful projects from day one. You’ll be joining a fast-paced, collaborative environment where we value clean code, modern practices, and continuous improvement.

By joining our team, you will get to:

• Design and develop new functionalities for our software using a modern tech stack such as C#, Java, React and TypeScript, working side-by-side with experienced engineers who love to mentor and share knowledge
• Optimize and enhance our software with new, efficient algorithms and modern software technologies and apply state-of-the-art engineering practices
• Ensure that our software is stable and runs efficiently on many different browsers and systems (more than 2.5 billion installations)
• Learn through code reviews, pair programming, and regular learning sessions

• Grow your skills in a supportive team that values feedback, curiosity, and ownership

Requirements

• University or college degree in the field of Computer Engineering or a related subject or relevant work experience 
• Professional experience in the field of software development is a plus but not mandatory
• Exposure to JavaScript Frameworks and tools like React, Node.js, or similar, as well as familiarity with at least one OOP language (e.g., C#, Java, or others). This experience can be merely academic; we’re not looking for a senior in disguise
• Basic understanding of Clean Code and Design Patterns for object-oriented programming
• Familiarity with any of the following would be a nice advantage (but once again, don’t let the lack of contact with these tools/technologies stop you from applying): modern frontend or backend technologies (e.g., TypeScript, RESTful Services), basic testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, xUnit), Databases, or general understanding of how systems communicate over a network.
• More importantly, we value soft skills and are looking for someone who is eager to learn, open to feedback, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. A willingness to grow in areas like communication, adaptability, and problem-solving is more important than having mastered them already.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
