Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT System Engineer to manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and PowerApps. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, governance, security, and automation to enhance productivity and user experience across the organization.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, with a focus on SharePoint Online, Teams, and PowerApps in an environment of 2000+ global users
- Design, implement, and manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, and workflows
- Configure and optimize Teams for communication and collaboration
- Develop PowerApps applications and Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes
- Working in our ITSM (ticket system) to help our employees (2nd Level Service).
- Ensure compliance with security policies, governance, and best practices for Microsoft 365 environments
- Provide technical support and training to end users to maximize adoption and efficiency
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to analyze requirements and implement solutions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues on your own
Requirements
- Completed studies in IT, Computer Science or relevant experience in the field of IT
- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance best practices
- Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English is a must
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-700, MS-102, or equivalent) are a plus
