Responsibilities
TeamViewer Frontline develops industrial wearable computing-based augmented reality solutions that enable customers to optimize their business processes. Become part of an international team and support us with your ideas.
These will be some of your key responsibilities:
- Support us in planning and designing the infrastructure of our products
- Design, build and maintain the CI/CD infrastructure and tools to deliver high-quality software in the most efficient manner
- Manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration and deployment
- Implement and maintain GitOps practices for version-controlled and declarative infrastructure and application management
- Work with Security Team to ensure systems are safe against security threats and set up security protocols.
- Monitor and troubleshoot applications and infrastructure, responding to system issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, automated, and secure release processes.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in DevOps, containerization, and cloud services.
Requirements
- A degree or education in computer science and/or proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI/CD)
- Proficient with Kubernetes and Docker container management
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform
- Experience with one or more of the main cloud providers (GCP, Azure or AWS)
- Experience with GitOps and source control management tools like Git
- Solid understanding of network, security, and cloud infrastructure
- Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Good knowledge of the HTTP protocol and how HTTP-based microservices work
- Knowledge of Java, Go and SQL is advantageous
- English is no hurdle for you (at least B2-level required)
- You are a team player and work independently and autonomously
