Responsibilities

 

Join us as CI/CD engineer and become part of an agile team responsible for the operation, maintenance and improvement of our CI/CD environment.

 

  • Work with our infrastructure and systems Bitbucket, GitLab, Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes, Artifactory, Prometheus and Grafana, to build and deploy multiple TeamViewer products across multiple platforms: Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, visionOS, Webassembly, Windows
  • Collaborate with software and quality assurance engineers in Germany, Greece and Portugal, thereby enabling them to use the CI/CD environment
  • Monitor and improve the CI/CD environment continuosly together with the team
  • Troubleshoot issues along the CI/CD pipeline to keep the CI/CD environment always up and running and in a healthy state
  • Write and maintain documentation regarding our CI/CD infrastructure
  • Get in touch with and master many interesting, challenging and steadily changing technologies

Requirements

 

  • A university or college degree in the field of Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related subject or relevant work experience   
  • 2+ years of proven experience after university with version control systems like Bitbucket, GitLab, GitHub
  • Solid skills in scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, Python, Groovy etc.
  • Previous experience with CI servers like Jenkins, Bamboo or TeamCity
  • Background in working in server environments
  • Knowledge of artifact management systems like Artifactory, monitoring tools like Prometheus, Zabbix or Nagios is a plus
  • Know-how of dependency management systems like npm, NuGet, Gradle, Conan is a plus
  • Strong work ethic with an "automate as much as possible" and "get things done" attitude in combination with being technically savvy
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
