Responsibilities

 

Become a part of the Solution Engineering OT EMEA team at TeamViewer, which focusses on providing technical support and product expertise to our customers. You will be required to deliver product demonstrations, answer technical questions and offer technical advice to mid-market and enterprise customers. Focus is on our OT product portfolio in the EMEA region.

 

  • Provide support and advice to enterprise customers in the pre-sales phase
  • Partner with the Enterprise Sales team by providing technical advice and feedback to help secure sales and meet our customer needs
  • Deliver demonstrations of TeamViewer OT software products to customers, conduct training courses and deliver professional services (onsite or remote)
  • Work closely with TeamViewer’s development teams to assess and implement specific customer requests
  • Be responsible for the technical aspects of mid-market and enterprise projects
  • Prepare responses to questionnaires and tenders from customers, working closely with development and product management teams to ensure that technical requirements are covered
  • Represent TeamViewer at international events
  • This position requires frequent travel, both domestically and internationally

 

Requirements

 

 

  • Degree in business administration, information systems, applied computer science or a similar education in an OT (courses in logistics or manufacturing are a plus) related field or equivalent work experience in similar role
  • Experience in the following topics: smart glasses, augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, mobile devices, project management and process management
  • 10+ years work experience in pre-sales / solutions engineering
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory, further languages are a plus
  • Experience using and working with TeamViewer software products in a professional work environment is a plus
  • Up-to-date with current AR industry trends and experience in an international environment
  • Process Improvement and Design: Proven skills in process improvement and process design, essential for optimizing OT product implementation and customization
  • You are customer driven, passionate, self-motivated, and able to learn quickly
