Short Description / Job Objective

The TeamViewer Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform detects and resolves IT issues before they impact users. Over the past several years, we have successfully built and released products that simplify IT administrators’ day-to-day work. Our vision is to become the unified endpoint management solution for enterprise customers.

We are looking for an exceptional ServiceNow Developer with experience in designing and developing applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for building and maintaining custom ServiceNow Store applications and integrating their capabilities with our DEX platform. You will also enhance existing applications to maximize value for our customers.

 


Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the end-to-end ServiceNow application lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and Store certification.
  • Configure and customize core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Operations Workspace), ITOM, CMDB, and others as needed.
  • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and other technologies.
  • Implement workflows, business rules, Script Includes, and automation to streamline business processes and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with product teams, IT stakeholders, and ServiceNow specialists to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure platform reliability.
  • Create and maintain documentation for solutions, configurations, architecture, and release processes aligned with best practices and ITIL.
  • Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure functionality and stability.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide knowledge-sharing sessions as needed.
  • Integrate REST API Explorer, Scripted REST APIs, JDBC connections, and third-party services into web applications.
  • Contribute to the architecture, design, and development of new features for our ServiceNow applications.
  • Participate in continuous integration, build automation, and deployment processes from development to production.
  • Ensure that applications are secure, scalable, stable, and optimized for performance.
  • Continuously learn and evaluate new ServiceNow technologies, proposing improvements to the platform and products.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) with 5+ years of hands-on development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform development, especially ITSM, Service Portal, and CMDB.
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or jQuery).
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and SQL Server/JDBC integrations.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and cloud-based hosting environments (preferred).
  • Experience with Now Assist or Generative AI frameworks on ServiceNow (preferred).
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to other ITSM tools such as Salesforce or JSM (preferred).
  • Familiarity with automated testing using ServiceNow ATF.
  • Experience using AI-based coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
  • Strong understanding of Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance with aptitude for troubleshooting and development.
