Responsibilities

 

Join TeamViewer as a Presales Solutions Engineer in our EMEA Channel Solutions Engineering team and support our growing Partner & Channel ecosystem across Europe. In this role, you will empower resellers, distributors, and MSPs to successfully position, design, and deliver services powered by TeamViewer ONE.

  • Deliver technical enablement for Channel Partners, including presales workshops, specialist trainings, and recurring product updates
  • Equip partner technical and sales teams to effectively position and demonstrate TeamViewer ONE
  • Create and maintain architecture guides, technical documentation, configuration notes, and integration best practices
  • Provide presales support during partner-led customer engagements, including discovery, demos, solution design, and competitive guidance
  • Assist with partner-run Proof-of-Value activities, such as environment setup, lightweight troubleshooting, and validation of success criteria
  • Participate in joint sales calls, account planning sessions, and deal strategy meetings with Channel Sales Managers
  • Support MSPs in developing scalable managed service offerings built on remote connectivity, endpoint management, automation, and DEX
  • Guide partners through onboarding, operational readiness milestones, integrations, and golive preparation
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales, Sales Engineering, and Partner Enablement teams to ensure consistent partner success
  • Represent partner technical feedback to Product Management and contribute to roadmap alignment
  • Attend partner events, roadshows, and industry trade shows to showcase TeamViewer ONE
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners by translating complex technical capabilities into clear, real-world value
  • Maintain a strong understanding of competitive trends in remote connectivity, DEX, and endpoint management

 

Requirements

 

  • 47+ years of experience in presales engineering, partner engineering, channel SE roles, or similar technical consulting positions
  • Experience collaborating with European channel ecosystems such as VARs, MSPs, distributors, and system integrators
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools, remote management technologies, automation platforms, and endpoint management solutions
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture principles, integrations, and APIs
  • Ability to run discovery, deliver demos, build POV configurations, and prepare technical documentation
  • Comfort discussing IT security, automation, DEX, remote monitoring, and IT operations workflows
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for partner audiences
  • Strong team player who thrives in crossfunctional, distributed environments
  • Selfstarter comfortable working remotely with partners across Europe
  • Multilingual capabilities (German, English, French, etc.) are a strong advantage
