We are expanding our Channel and Partner footprint across DACH and looking for a senior professional to develop and grow our strategic partner ecosystem. This role focuses on deepening relationships with VARs, System Integrators and MSPs, expanding our coverage, and driving partner‑sourced growth. The ideal candidate understands how to build partner value beyond transactional resell and can position TeamViewer as part of a broader Digital Workplace and platform‑oriented strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage, grow and elevate relationships with key VAR, SI and MSP partners across the DACH region.
- Identify and recruit new strategic partners that strengthen our Digital Workplace offering and regional footprint.
- Build joint business plans, define clear revenue and activity targets, and lead regular performance reviews.
- Drive partner‑sourced pipeline through account mapping, opportunity development and structured deal registration.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, disciplined pipeline management and transparent communication across internal stakeholders.
- Deliver targeted sales and technical enablement to partner sales and presales teams.
- Coordinate with Enterprise Sales, Inside Sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing and Distribution to orchestrate joint execution.
- Represent TeamViewer at partner events and industry activities to increase brand presence and create new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of channel sales or partner management experience in the software/SaaS industry.
- Strong, established network across DACH VARs, SIs and MSPs.
- Experience working within or selling into Digital Workplace, endpoint management, IT operations or enterprise platform environments.
- Proven ability to drive partner‑sourced revenue, influence pipeline and achieve regional ARR targets.
- Comfortable developing partner strategies, running executive conversations and driving structured accountability.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Hands‑on, proactive, self‑driven, with strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
