We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Testing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web testing methodologies, with a specific focus on Adobe Target and ideally Adobe Analytics. As the Web Testing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our web experiences, optimizing user engagement, leveraging your expertise in Adobe Target and Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.  


What You'll Do 


  • Develop and own onsite AB testing & personalization processes and execution across the website to improve conversion and support delivery of financial forecast 
  • Manage the end-to-end experimentation process, including hypothesis setting, test design, KPI selection and goals, test execution, results measuring, and pivots based on learnings and share proactive analysis and communication to senior leaders 
  • Develop and execution of personalization campaigns that lead to high conversion rate on the site  
  • Develop, implement, and analyze A/B test split and multivariate testing on the website 
  • Map out customer journeys and collaborate with UX designer to develop seamless UX pages 
  • Generate and communicate reports on test results, including recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights. 



  • Adobe Target Specialist, and highly desired to have Adobe Analytics experience  
  • Good understanding of Web customer experience and purchasing funnels  
  • Data-driven marketing mindset, with a strong analytical background 
  • Advanced knowledge in e-commerce (preferably within the SaaS industry) 
  • A brilliant multi-tasker, operating in a fast-paced environment, engaging with multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel 
  • Business mindset with a high attention to detail, building personalized end to end user journey solutions and presenting its findings
