As a Sales Applications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing the tools and processes that drive our sales organization. Your expertise will ensure that sales teams have the resources, systems, and support they need to operate efficiently and effectively.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide timely support to sales users by addressing reported issues and answering questions related to sales applications and tools.
  • Investigate reported issues, help identify root causes and collaborate with relevant stakeholders (internal and external) to implement resolutions.
  • Quickly identify and address negative trends in sales processes, working proactively to implement scalable and efficient solutions with global impact.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Product Management, IT, and external consultants, to design, implement, and improve processes and solutions that align with business goals.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) for new functionalities, updates, and fixes within sales applications.
  • Work closely with external consultants to ensure proper understanding, alignment, and delivery of new features and fixes.
  • Create, update, and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for new functionalities, UI changes, and system updates.
  • Translate business requests into clear, technical requirements, and simplify complex technical concepts into accessible explanations for non-technical stakeholders.

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a SaaS company), with proven expertise in working with industry-known CRM platforms and adhering to best practices.
  • Broad understanding of sales workflows, processes, challenges, and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and execute improvements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and drive constructive conversations with diverse groups.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and business processes.
  • Comfortable working independently, effectively managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Self-motivated to identify and implement improvements in systems, processes, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
