We are looking for a data analyst to support our project of improving our Order to Cash process, with a particular focus on reporting and dashboards for accounts receivable (AR) monitoring, collection activity monitoring and other related reports/dashboards.

• Assist in the development and enhancement of reporting tools and dashboards for AR monitoring.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure transparency and communication regarding AR status and collection activities.
• Support the implementation of process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the dunning and collection process and AR process in general.
• Gather and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for process optimization.
• Help in documenting procedures and creating training materials for the improved processes

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in computer science or data analytics.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools Tableau and  Power BI and previous experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in English language (business level).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to learn and contribute to process improvements.
• Familiarity with D365 platform preferable.
