Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Migration Project Specialist to support the implementation of our new Salesforce (CRM) system, including migrating from our old CRM and integrating it with our existing ERP system. This role is key to ensuring a smooth transition for our Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, with a focus on invoicing and debt collection.
This is a contract-based project role, ideal for professionals with experience in large-scale CRM-to-ERP integration, Salesforce migration, especially in finance and billing areas.
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and stabilization of Salesforce CRM migration, focusing on downstream impacts to ERP billing and collections workflows.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Collections, Invoicing, etc.) to align current OTC processes with future-state CRM capabilities.
• Manage data migration activities, including validation, cleansing, and reconciliation of customer and transaction records.
• Define and oversee business requirements and integration points between Salesforce, ERP and other systems to ensure real-time data consistency and operational continuity.
• Design and execute detailed test plans (functional, integration, and regression) to ensure seamless operation post-go-live, with no disruption to billing or financial processes.
• Collaborate with business teams to revise and document operational procedures, guidelines and train users on the updated systems and workflows.
• Provide post-launch support for issue resolution, user feedback, and process stabilization.
Requirements
• Proven experience in supporting Salesforce CRM migration projects, CRM- ERP integration projects.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, with a particular focus on invoicing and debt collection.
• Experience with data migration, cleansing, and reconciliation activities.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, and change management.
• Proficient in testing methodologies and user acceptance processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the SaaS industry.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Salesforce certifications are a plus.
