The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for driving customer acquisition and pipeline growth by developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. With a focus on generating highly qualified leads and driving conversions, this role also leads regional ABM strategies and social media initiatives to engage high-value prospects.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute omnichannel acquisition strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives, focusing on high-value audiences and segments.

Identify and prioritize key channels and tactics (e.g., email, ABM, social media, events) based on audience behavior, market trends, and sales feedback.

Manage the end-to-end customer journey across campaigns, ensuring a seamless and cohesive experience.

Collaborate with SDRs, Sales, Field Marketing, and Partner teams to align campaigns with sales goals, messaging, and use cases, driving full-funnel success.

Act as the primary liaison between marketing and sales to foster collaboration and ensure campaign alignment.

Partner with content teams and vendors to create engaging, personalized content (e.g., lead magnets, case studies, targeted messaging).

Ensure campaign messaging aligns with audience personas, journey stages, and brand guidelines.

Use data analytics and A/B testing to evaluate campaign performance, refine strategies, and allocate budgets effectively.

Provide actionable insights through regular performance reporting, highlighting areas for improvement.

Conduct market and competitor research to refine acquisition strategies and ensure campaign relevance.

Develop and manage campaign briefs and timelines to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.

Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.

Lead the design and execution of ABM campaigns, integrating personalized strategies for target accounts.

Manage LinkedIn campaigns, including Sponsored Content, InMail, and retargeting, to drive pipeline growth.

Partner with Sales and Marketing Operations to identify ABM targets and refine engagement strategies.
Preferred Qualifications

3-5 years of experience managing B2B SaaS marketing campaigns.

3+ years of expertise in LinkedIn campaigns (Sponsored Content, InMail, retargeting ads) and social media analytics tools.

3+ years of hands-on ABM experience, preferably with Demandbase or similar platforms.

Strong ability to collaborate on and optimize engaging content (e.g., lead magnets, case studies, messaging).

Proficiency in CRM, campaign management, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, Tableau, Power BI).

Expertise in multi-touch campaign strategies and account-based marketing (ABM).

Experience with A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Sales, and Field Marketing teams.

Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, audience segmentation, and demand generation tactics.

Understanding of full-funnel marketing and the ability to craft cohesive customer experiences.

Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to fast-paced environments, and meet tight deadlines effectively.
