You will be responsible for growing your customer and revenue base by finding and winning new key accounts, as well as growing existing customer accounts. Importantly you will need to identify, qualify, and manage opportunities and a pipeline with a strong focus on closure, and drive revenue growth opportunities through a variety of sales initiatives including industry data mining, outbound activity, opportunity development and CRM management. You are focused and goal driven and interested in furthering your career in the tech industry. This position will focus on identifying new use cases of TeamViewer remote connectivity in industrial applications.
 

  • Actively build and manage a healthy pipeline by identifying and pursuing opportunities for new business and account growth.
  • Schedule and conduct QBRs with key clients; analyzing performance metrics and gathering client feedback. Identify opportunities for client growth and improvement.
  • Participate in relevant conferences and seminars & network with industry peers and potential clients in the field
  • Increase brand visibility and awareness in the market.
  • Introduce, demonstrate, propose and win sales with new prospects and existing customers to meet and exceed revenue and profit targets.
  • Strategically manage 50+ Enterprise accounts with revenue larger than one billion USD, create account plans, and develop effective relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Foster strong communication with customer’s senior leadership to ensure customer expectations are met and gather insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Creating a seamless customer experience by collaborating across various teams, including Marketing, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Sales Engineers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
  • Provide a consultative, solutions focused service to customers, qualifying requirements and business needs to maximize up selling and cross selling opportunities.
  • Monitor your market regarding new opportunities and develop ‘go to market’ strategies.
  • Work with strategic partners like Microsoft, Google and AWS and channel sales reps on opportunities that will be procured through a distributor/reseller
  • Support monthly and quarterly forecast process, including pipeline analysis, data validation, and identify gaps and actions required. Achieve and exceed your quarterly and annual sales targets.


Qualifications:

 

  • The ideal applicant resides in the East or Central Time Zone
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, IT, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in technology-related sales or business development is required.
  • Experience selling software/SaaS platform products to large organizations.
  • Self-motivator who is driven to succeed and likes to overachieve, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, with an understanding of the dynamics of a high-growth company with the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Profound skills in solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office365.
  • Additional tools: CRM Management, Tableau, Outreach.io, Gong.io preferred
  • 25%+ travel requirement
